Cancellations and late arrivals
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Late arrival may reduce the available service time or require rescheduling. Any cancellation, deposit or no-show policy displayed during booking forms part of these terms.
Services and pricing
Final pricing can vary with nail length, design, removal, add-ons and the condition of the natural nail or skin. Your technician can confirm pricing before work begins. A promotional price appears on the website only when the booking menu provides one. The senior Monday offer applies as stated in the current promotion.

Please tell your technician about allergies, sensitivities, injuries or health conditions relevant to your service. We may decline or modify a service where it would be unsafe to proceed.
